Message dated April 10 was read, stating the House passed and                                       
returned for consideration SENATE BILL NO. 210 "An Act relating                                     
to the manufacture and transportation of alcoholic beverages; relating                              
to forfeitures of property for violations of alcoholic beverage laws; and                           
relating to violations of alcoholic beverage laws" with the following

Senator Gary Stevens moved that the Senate concur in the House                                      
amendment.

violations of alcoholic beverage laws."
